RCMP search for robbery suspects – Alberta News

Grande Prairie RCMP are searching for three robbery suspects after a local convenience store was robbed on March 29.

At approximately 2:30 a.m., RCMP responded to a robbery at a convenience store located near Patterson Drive and 84th Avenue in Grande Prairie.

RCMP say three males entered the convenience store using disguises to conceal their faces. One of the males brandished a knife, demanding cash from the clerk. All three suspects exited the store on foot, heading eastbound, with an undisclosed amount of cash and packages of cigarettes.

The clerk was not injured during the incident.

The Police Dog Service assisted but was unsuccessful in locating the suspects.

RCMP say the first male suspect, whose face was covered with a white piece of clothing, was wearing dark clothing, white shoes and gloves.

The second male suspect, whose face was covered with a red piece of clothing, was wearing a dark coloured back pack, light coloured jeans and gloves.

RCMP say the third male suspect, whose face was covered with a greyish piece of clothing, was wearing a green, red and yellow striped toque, a red long sleeve coat and dark coloured pants.
